Description

Tank-Safe is available as either a flat disc (TSF) or domed design (TSD). The composite construction features a slotted top section, a sealing membrane and a vacuum support.

The petals open fully on burst for rapid, full-bore relief, while the non-fragmenting design offers good life-cycle resistance and excellent relief valve isolation. Gaskets on the disc enable direct installation between industry-standard flanges without a holder.

Tank-Safe also complies with international safety standards required for transporting dangerous goods in arduous conditions. It is suitable for railcar and intermodal (ISO) tank container protection, and is available in the standard sizes (50mm, 65mm and 80mm), pressures (3.75 barg and 4.4 barg), and corrosion-resistant materials.
