At the North East HR&D Awards Night on 5 June we were thrilled to be announced as the winner for Excellence in Apprenticeships. Our team has worked hard to develop a great apprenticeship program over the past three years, and we're so proud to have their outstanding achievements recognized.
Jonathan Harrison, Site Engineering Manager, heads up our apprentice team: "At OE, we're targeting an ambitious growth plan globally, and investing in skilled talent is essential to sustaining that growth. Our apprenticeship program with TDR Training ensures we’re developing capable engineers to support our business for years to come. We're proud of the contributions our apprentices are making to our business, and we're thrilled to have our success in this area recognized."
